200 backers and $6K, the next add-on unlock vote, and two campaigns ending tomorrow!

Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a great weekend. The Blood of Atlantis Kickstarter continues its strong trajectory, and I'm happy to announce that this afternoon we passed the $6000 funding mark and the 200-backer mark! And we are closing in on the next stretch goal, a double-sided bookmark featuring new artwork from Fran Delgado!
Because we've hit the next backer milestone, I'm unlocking a new add-on, and like last time, you get to vote on what it is!
The next add-on will feature Elizabeth Torque's awesome Pulp Homage cover! (Side note: did you know that last week Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark celebrated its 43 year-release anniversary?)
Here are your add-on choices:
Option 1: A 6 x 9 Giclee print of Elizabeth's virgin cover ($10)
Option 2: A 50-copy limited edition run of Elizabeth's virgin cover ($35)
You can vote in the comments to this update by responding "Print" or "Cover."
The voting will run for the next 24 hours, so get your votes in fast!
Two comics campaigns ending soon!
I wanted to spotlight two Kickstarter mainstays, who both have campaigns that are ending tomorrow.
Felipe Cagno, creator of the fantasy Western Few and Cursed, turns his talents to sci-fi with Adagio, a 112-page graphic novel:
"In the near future (closer every day) an app/social network called ADAGIO allows users to post their dreams online - either pre-recorded or in live streams watched by millions across the world.
It's the end of produced entertainment as we know it today. No more movies, no more TV shows, no more TikToks, no more streaming services, all people watch now are dreams.
And fame is within reach for those that can have lucid and serialized dreams. Think about it: no budget constraints, no locations out of reach, no actors, we are only limited by our own imagination.
This is the world of ADAGIO."
Back the campaign here, but do it quickly, as the campaign ends tomorrow!
"Vengeance blinds...
Believing that humans are mere pawns in the games of gods, Psi vows to kill the very beings she once revered. Her desperate desire for revenge consumes her, blinding her to an ancient threat lurking in the shadows. "
Back the campaign here, and fast, as it also ends tomorrow!
Creative Team Week - Spotlight: Our awesome variant cover artists

Hi everyone,
Today we close out Creative Team Week with a post highlighting our three variant cover artists, Elizabeth Torque (colors by Raúl Angulo), Serg Acuña, and Rebecca Sorge Jensen, who each bring a different vibe to the campaign with their covers.
You can grab each of these variants as an add-on, or grab the All Covers tier and get all 3 variants plus Fran's cover A.
We're currently 20 backers away from hitting 200, and when we do, I'll unlock either a Giclee print or virgin cover (limited edition run) of Elizabeth's cover. So help spread the word!
Check out their work below! A number of Elizabeth and Serg's covers are hitting comic shops soon, so there's still time to grab them. And you can find Rebecca's work in the 10th Anniversary Edition of The Way of Kings, among other places, and she's also done a number of pieces for my NYC Questing Guild book series!
Before you go, sound off in the comments on your favorite variant covers!
Some of my personal favorites are Russell Dauterman's Costume variants, David Nakayama's Hellfire Magazine variants, and Peach Momoko's Spider-Gwen phone variant.
Plus, we have one final campaign recommendation this week.
Elizabeth Torque - Pulp Homage (Cover B)
Serg Acuña - Day in the Life (Cover C)
Rebecca Sorge Jensen - Hellfire Magazine Homage (Cover D)
"The most ambitious and literal comic-book adaptation about the end of the Norse Gods.
After gathering their armies, the forces of ODIN and LOKI have begun a stark and bloody confrontation in which the fate of the entire universe is at stake. LOKI brings with him the hordes of HELHEIM's dead, with his daughter HELA at their head. He is also accompanied by beasts from the frozen world of JOTUNHEIM, with ice giants, orcs and trolls. The mountain giants, true walking mountains, and the dark Elves, complete forces that are threat to ODIN and his allies. AESIR, VANIR, Light Elves, Valkyries and Berzerkers join the EINHERIAR, warriors of VALHALLA, in hosts that are difficult to match. Even the dwarf king of NIDAVELLIR has put his subjects to fight.
But the god of deception has us accustomed to keeping some tricks up his sleeve. At the last minute, allies join together who seem to balance the fight."
Back the campaign here.

Hi everyone,
Our Creative Team Week series reaches its penultimate installment today with our next spotlight, our letterer, Toben Racicot!
But before we get to that, I wanted to give a brief update on the campaign. We're currently at $5500 and 174 backers, which means the next add-on unlock at 200 backers is getting closer, and we are still a bit away from the next stretch goal at $7000.
There is still one more spot left in issue 1 to be drawn in if you want to achieve comic book immortality, along with a number of Francine's head sketches. Or add one of our awesome variant covers to your pledge.
And if you want to help spread the word, please retweet this tweet or tell a friend, and help us reach more potential backers!
Toben is a writer and letterer. He’s worked on a variety of indie comics like Beastlands, Sidequest, Discordia, andThe Amazing Adventures of Bart Bartson. He studies Role-Playing Games and Collaborative Worldbuilding at the University of Waterloo. He dreamt of being an aerospace engineer before failing high school Physics. The next issue of his sci-fi adventure comic series, Pilgrim's Dirge, is launching soon on Kickstarter.
Follow Toben on Twitter.
Below is a sampling of Toben's work, as well as another sneak peek from inside Blood of Atlantis! Plus scroll to the end for an awesome sci-fi comics campaign recommendation!
Torch: Reclaim the Skies is the rich tale of a kid prodigy starpilot who was the best in the galaxy, until the military forced her to retire for mysterious reasons. Now older, Torch Armstrong yearns for the rush of the good ole' days and will stop at nothing to feel alive once again.
An adventure that interweaves past and present -- Torch: Reclaim the Skies is a story about depression, nostalgia and the lengths a person will go to break out of that "rut."
I love the concept and the artwork is absolutely gorgeous. Check out Torch: Reclaim the Skies soon, as the campaign ends in a few days.
